Ctech Systems developed the LWB Madzi App for Lilongwe Water Board, a user-friendly mobile application that empowers customers to manage their water services conveniently. With the Madzi App, users can check their water bill balances, track water usage, and make secure payments using Visa or mobile money platforms such as Airtel Money and TNM Mpamba. The app enhances transparency, promotes timely payments, and improves customer satisfaction through real-time access to account information.
The Challenge Of Project
Lilongwe Water Board (LWB) faced challenges in maintaining strong customer relations due to limited access to real-time account information. Customers often experienced frustration over delayed bill notifications, untracked water usage, and the need to visit LWB offices to resolve issues or make payments. These gaps weakened customer trust, satisfaction, and engagement with LWB services.
